Terms of Service
The ground rules for using StreakCircle while we're in beta and beyond.
These terms govern your use of StreakCircle. Please read them — they're written to be short and readable.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using StreakCircle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The beta service
StreakCircle is offered as a beta and is provided "as is." Features may change, break, or disappear as we develop the product, and availability isn't guaranteed.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and let us know if you spot unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use & UGC
Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, harassment, or gaming the system. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report inappropriate content or block users directly in the app. We act on reports within 24 hours by removing offending content and suspending abusive accounts.
5. Circles & content
Circle owners set the rules for their group. You're responsible for the content you share. We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content (UGC) that violates these terms, without prior notice.
6. Points, streaks & penalties
Points, streaks, and penalties exist only inside the app to support accountability. They have no monetary value and can't be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything.
7. Termination
You can stop using StreakCircle any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its members.
8. Disclaimers
StreakCircle supports your goals but doesn't guarantee any particular result. It isn't medical, financial, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StreakCircle isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the beta.
10. App Platforms
If downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, these terms are between you and StreakCircle, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, or providing support.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
